We have employed Jerry McMillian and North Forest Irrigation for several months and the service has been excetional. Previous to using his service we had an irrigation company which not only did not do the job correctly but also cut through cable, electrical and gas lines even though they were marked. Jerry and his company repaired all these problems, provided us with diagrams of all the irrigation lines in both the front and back areas, and provided new lines to existing landscaping as well as laying out plans for future projects. In addition Jerry is extremely patient when explaining what he has done and how to use the system most efficiently. When bad weather was forecasted, he came over to assure that the system was prepared for the situation. He took care of all this without our having to call him to do this. The personal attention to our irrigation needs is exactly what we needed and what is outstanding. We know we can rely on Jerry to do what is necessary without our asking and do this knowing that it needs to be done. He then takes the time to explain what he did so we are also well informed.
